I would like to find the Mail folder named "Eileen", not the contents of the this folder. I can find the contents of mail folder without a problem but not the folders themselves.

Thanks

Hi!

1. "Content kind" and "Content type" are very similar. In HoudahSpot, the main difference is that "Content kind" holds a fixed list of types. Apple defines types as a hierarchy: a mailbox is a folder, which in turn is a directory, which is an item.

The list in "Content kind" is made of high level types. E.g. an "Image" may be a JPG, A GIF, a PNG, ...

2. Mail.app mailboxes are of type "com.apple.mail.mbox"

Best,
Pierre Bernard
