Hi, I edit images in PhotoNinja and sometimes I make renderings of the results as a JPG from the original RAW. When I import the JPGs into HoudahGeo, I find that the software uses the creation date of the rendering, not the original date of the shot, and then of course it can't properly tag the edited image. Is there any way to fix this or dodge the issue?

Hi!

I have a beta that fixes an odd edge case in date reading. Please give it a try: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2381634/HoudahGeo/HoudahGeo5.0.2b2.zip

If that does not help, could you please email a sample image to support at houdah.com?

Best,

Pierre Bernard

Yes, that DID help! Thank you. However, I found it was necessary to create a new project file and re-add the photos and the GPS tracks to get it to fix the problem. Once I did that, everything worked fine.
