Hi, I'm just exploring HoudahGeo and can't find the "Fly to image location" button to adjust the location of an image as it states in the 3.0 User's manual.  I have version 3.2.3 of HG.

Thanks for any help,

Hi!

The map interface in the Process tab has two modes: Inspect and Geocode
You switch modes using the buttons in the top right corner or the maps pane.

In Geocode mode an extra toolbar appears below the map.
The right-most button in that toolbar is "Fly to image location".

Thanks, on my version the tool tip calls that the "Jump to Selection" button.

Can you tell me what is the easiest way to GeoCode a bunch of images with the same position?  I've tried the Geocode from Reference Photos and used "preceding", which I assume is the image preceding in the list of images?  It doesn't seem to be working.  I would like to geocode a number of images at one time doing this, if possible.

Never mind, I see that I needed to increase the minutes area and then it worked!

Thank you,

kt

Hi!

If the location is identical, you may select the images and then apply the map location to all images at once.
That's the button to the left of "Jump to Selection".

If one of the images is already geocode, you may use Images > Copy Coordinates / Paste Coordinates.

BTW it is "Jump to Selection" on the Map and "Fly to Selection" in Google Earth because Google Earth animates the change of location.
