Hi

Every time I try and click the "Notify to iPhoto/Aperture" it comes up with a message box saying "Failed to notify for image IMG_XXXX. The variable myPhotos is not defined"

Any help you can give me to point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi!

Which version of HoudahGeo are you using?
Which version of Aperture are you using?

"myPhotos" is the name of a variable in the AppleScript script used to notify Aperture.

Hi,

Just downloaded and made a test with the demo version and it worked fine for 5 images.  Then paid for a full license and have tried 3 times to upload GPS info for 135 images.  Screenshot shows the result.  Currently running Aperture 3.6, OS X 10.10.2 and HoudahGeo 4.0.1.

Suggestions?

Hi!

Sorry to hear you ran into trouble.

myPhotos is the name of a variable used in the AppleScript script used to notify Aperture. That variable is defined in the script and the used. There must be some underlying error that broke the script.

Please check /Applications/Utilities/Console.app > All Messages for error messages.

Best,
Pierre Bernard
