Hi,

In LR I can now get GPS co-ordinates for both JPG and RAW (thank you).
However, they are not being converted into information like City / Country etc.

I have all the boxes ticked in the Write section when I export.

Thanks,
Simon.

Hi!

You need to use the "Reverse Geocode" option from the "Geocode" menu in HoudahGeo prior to writing the data to EXIF/XMP.

Do'h!
Maybe that could be added as a button on the tool bar, before the Export buttons?

When I go to View>columns to add the City/Country columns to the view so I can check before exporting, they are all greyed out and I cannot change them.

Thanks.

Hi!

Could you send a screenshot of this?

I would suggest you use the Inspector window to check the values.

Inspecting is showing that they are there, and the info has now imported okay.
Thank you.

Hi!

The View->Columns menu applies to the currently active project window. The menu items are unavailable as no window is currently active.
