I'm using HoudahGeo against my Photos library. It appears that when I have a RAW+JPG pair in my Photos library, only the JPG original is modified when I output the changes back into my Photos library.

Is this the expected behavior?

Would it be appropriate to add a optional output flag in HoudahGeo to update RAW+JPG pairs when they exist in the Photos library?

HoudahGeo currently only considers one preview and one original/master per image.

I am not sure how Photos handles RAW+JPG pairs. Aperture had an option to switch between the JPG and the RAW master. You could thus tag JPGs first, swtitch to RAWs, relaunch HoudahGeo and tag RAWs.

I have added RAW+JPEG pair support to the feature requests list.
