Hi
I'm having problems getting the Swedish keyboard layout to work. My beloved å, ä and ö characters show up correctly in the desktop app, both my mac and iPhone are set to Swedish in all aspects but the å, ä and ö get transformed into [, ' and ; somewhere along the way. Those transformations are well recognized from when an American keyboard layout is set when using a Swedish keyboard. Any thoughts on this?

Hi!

Sorry about that.

I will look into the Swedish character mapping before releasing the next update.

Hi, you can add a request for the neighboring language, Norwegian, to this inquiry.

Hello again

This works better now, either due to some hotfix or because i updated to iOS 5.something. I haven't used the app for a while but i can't remember i updated it either. There is still one glitch though. The period charadter (.) is translated to a comma on the iPhone. Both comma, semicolon (shift+, on Swedish layout) and colon (shift+.) work fine, so perhaps it's just that comma got in twice in a character table somewhere.

Keep up the good work!

Hi!

Sorry for the delayed reply.

I do not see the problem here using the Swedish layout.

Please make sure:
- you are running Type2Phone 1.3
- both iPhone and Type2Phone are set to use the Swedish layout

Best,
Pierre Bernard
