(using Houdaspot 2.6.2 on Snow Leopard 10.6.2)
I sometimes get the following message whilst trying to use a saved template: Persistent store migration failed, missing mapping model.

This especially (only? not sure) happens if I save a template using an already-used name (intending to replace old template with changed template). The queries are still in their default folder, and if I double-click on the actual template file (via the Finder) the search opens up.

A complete restart fixes this, but that's a little drastic. Quitting HoudaSpot then relaunching does not remedy.

Any ideas?

The bad news is that the error message means that the template file is corrupted. There is no way to fix it.

I will investigate re-saving templates under an existing name. This obviously should not damage the files.
